**Not a host engine cut.** Pack 14 is in-tab Community analog (`nativeBinary=false`, `headlessFlag=false`). Live Workgroup stays **2.73.13 W5**. Do not install the Community SKU. SHOW WAITGRAPH teaches on free Workbench `/workbench/` and `/workbench/sysdesk/`. W5 HMAC stays LIVE on this origin (the analog zip refused `VELOCE-W5-` because that origin did not pack it).

Inventory lock **94**. `certifiedClaim` false. Journal does not replace Raft. Brier stays on eval. SHOW HARDEN still 8 rows; the note lines idleInXact / queued / jumpQueue=false.
