5. Help Desk four-tier expert copy stamps 2.73.31. Beginner/Basic stay operator-clean.
6. CLI leftover plants (`--xdp` / `--cilium` / …) taught in help + same compiler. Catalog stays 27.
7. Agent pipeline plans toolbar/gateway bind and passes `persona` + `section` into `veloce.helpdesk.talk`.
