Engine installs run 30 days free (full HA during trial), then activate the license key stored on your account. 5-user and Enterprise purchases download the same Workgroup installer as a new $3499 unlimited Standard license; VELOCE-W5- is the 5-user key and VELOCE-EE- unlocks failover, round-robin reads, and BACKUP. Upgrade purchases download that same installer.
Paid orders stay on your account. Staff fulfillment is off the public nav. Free Workbench desks — VERIFY, CSV doctor, desk hop — run online at Tools and Workbench. Use the online tools; there is no public zip of that pack. Paid Workgroup and Client installers stay gated here. Default Workgroup zip includes Control Center GUI. HiDrive has no headless installer — host --headless leftover EXTERNAL. Not a Community SKU.
